Appeals having been taken to this Court from the Order of Disposition of the Family Court, Bronx County, entered on or about March 23, 2017, and from the order of said Court entered on or about December 1, 2016, and said appeals having been perfected,And petitioner-respondent having moved for dismissal of the aforesaid appeals, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted and the appeals are dismissed. The interim relief granted by the order of a Justice of this Court, dated January 11, 2017, is vacated.
