This case was calendared for trial during the Court's December 18, 2023, Miami, Florida, trial session. On November 9, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance of Trial (Doc. 20). By Order served November 13, 2023, among other things, respondent's Motion was granted, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction.

On February 9, 2024, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 22) informing the Court that "[o]n January 31, 2024, [r]esondent's counsel received a revised tax computation which results in an overpayment due to [p]etitioner in the amount of $1,959.00 for the year at issue." Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before March 13, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
