And non-parties Rent Stabilization Association of NYC, Inc. and Community Housing Improvement Program having moved for leave to intervene on defendant-appellant's behalf as amici curiae and to have the affirmation annexed to their moving papers considered in support of defendant-appellant's motion [M-2513],
